Asking our local and talented chef Brett Melhuish to give up a precious Sunday is a daring thing to do… however, we have succeeded. Vale Creek Wines and Restaurant 9inety 2wo are now getting together for lunch on the Sunday of the 1st weekend of each month. We lay the tables, open the wine, put on some great music and let the afternoon unfold. The tranquil setting of Vale Creek’s cellar door offers a perfect environment for this 5 course long lunch. Vale Creek Italian varietal wines are available for purchase by the glass or the bottle.

Bookings are essential so don’t miss out on this relaxing afternoon with friends.

The Bathurst Harvest Festival is a celebration of the harvest that dates back to the times when the success of the crops governed the lives of the people. Bathurst in April will celebrate the harvest of the Central West with a festival for the senses, showcasing our region’s abundant food and wine, celebrating our history, our music and our artistic heritage.

Festa della Vendemmia at Vale Creek Saturday 24th and Sunday 25th April

As a feature of the Bathurst Harvest Festival, the Festa della Vendemmia (Grape Harvest Festival) will be held at Vale Creek Wines Cellar Door. The day will include tasting or our distinctive Italian wine varieties, whilst a light menu will feature the popular ‘Arrositcini’, a lamb delicacy from Italy’s Abruzzo region. Various light musical recitals will add to festivities.
